It's not new, but I decided to reread Diana Wynne Jones's Dalemark Quartet and it's so much fun to rediscover that universe. I'm a few chapters into Drowned Ammet and I had forgotten that it was Navis that found Mitt when he wandered off into the marsh and oh my god, I am looking forward to seeing again how that relationship grows.

(I mean. Navis ends up seeing so much good in Mitt that he wants him to be king. And now I'm back to when they just met and FEELINGS. This series gives me so many weird platonic/political relationship goals.)
