I'm so sorry. My only advice, and it's stupid and corny, is take a breath and s l o w d o w n. I know it's almost impossibly hard, but it's what you need to do. Everything will happen, one thing at a time, and all you can do is your best to meet it as it does. There are people, at school, at the hospital, and in your life, who you can ask to support you here. Right now, just do one thing at a time. Tunnel vision is good for crises, in its way.
