I had to stop mid-season 1 because her ex-husband was so infuriating... It was so obvious the show wants them together and I was nhft. Does the show get better?

Not really? I mean (MAJOR SPOILERS HERE, leave if you don't wanna read)


it stays along that vein. She has a hot new boyfriend, who things seem great with until the season 1 finale when the ex has a medical emergency. Halfway through season 2, she drops the hot boyfriend for the ex just to learn the ex has started to date someone else, so she keeps the fact that she's now single to herself, then by the season 2 finale, she decides to come out and tell the ex that she still loves him. So she runs into this restaurant and interrupts the date he's on with the new girlfriend just to realize he'd proposed to the new girlfriend.
