I really enjoyed it. I thought the celebrity voices might be distracting but I ended up hearing the characters instead of them most of the time. Bill Murray was a bit distracting for my mom but he was so much fun as Baloo that it didn't really matter.

Personally I liked the kid too. A lot of movies try to make them too precocious and that's kind of a pet peeve of mine but I don't feel like this one fell into that trap. I thought he was cute.
