I'm an "older Milennial" (31) and man, I agree. On one hand, I'm sick of the business world incriminating us without really trying to understand where we're coming from. On the other hand, we have flaws, and we should acknowledge them. We accuse baby boomers of looking at the world with a 1960's mindset when we expect the world to work the way it did in the 1990's. It doesn't.
