Rant

I had called AT&T to cancel services. They are under my mother's name, she is moving into a nursing home next week. I said cancel on 4/28. Had a change of heart, realized it would be easier to cancel the day after on 4/29.

Storms woke me up, I just checked online and some "helpful representative" made 4/23 the cancellation date. And it's after midnight and the office is closed.

Fuck you AT&T, why should I transfer services to my name when you do this shit?!

Edit: I found their chat feature under the support page and it was live. I think I got the services established. But I'll have to wait till after 8 to call AT&T to confirm they got them active. Ok it's an honest mistake, selecting the wrong Friday. But double-check your work people! Grr...
