(Anonymous) 2016-04-23 06:23 pm (UTC)(link)Because it's just as fun as pretending to do anything else? I mean why is it just people who play "violent" video games that are so terrible? There's tons of casualties in board games, like Risk. Reading just about any sci-fi or fantasy book is bound to have significant casualties and you have to allow for some level of immersion there, too.
None of this makes you a violent or bad person :/
