Does she know her mom told all of you? because the mom really should tell her you know before one of you acts on it and she's gotta deal with that surprise on top of everything else. If she's going to get mad at someone, it makes sense for it to be the mom since she did it.

Once she knows you know, be supportive. Ask her what she needs. Get it.
