snogging someone while they're unconscious
Wasn't that supposed to be some kiss-of-life thing, though? I thought they set it up that way in the second ep, and he did wake up right after.

And the groping thing, yeah he did, but she was sending all kinds of signals and had so much fun that she even stood up her boyfriend.

Lol!I know JB has that head-canon that Jack has this life-giving power with his tongue that he's only apparently ever felt the need to use on Ianto (in Cyberwoman and COE, (but not his grandson, JB?)) lol, but no.

In the sex alien episode he was snogging Carys because she needed sex and apparently his kisses are so potent they can induce orgasm (hence the glowing which she does every time she orgasms with her victims not just Jack) added to the fact that Jack can't die hence him having life force to spare because no matter what she can't kill him, at least for long.

JACK: That was just the kiss. Imagine the buzz you get from the rest.

I mean the show could have wanted to suggest that Jack has the power to give life through his cock because it is Torchwood and RTD after all (and a trope in fanfic) and I'd have been all for that in COE and Exit Wounds, come to that, but I think they were mostly suggesting in that episode that he's just a really amazing kisser.

I'm pretty sure in Cyberwoman we're supposed to believe Jack's either giving cpr (and not just snogging someone he fancies although it's conveniently juxtaposed with Owen and Gwen also snogging) or that Ianto is Sleeping Beauty being woken up by his true love's kiss. I don't think we're really supposed to believe Jack has the power to bring back the dead with his tongue.

And Gwen was definitely into it. Of course no-one was ever shown not being into it whether they were conscious or not which can be its own issue sometimes. To be honest for me Jack groping the staff every once in a while was probably the least bothersome thing about him and the OP never actually said that's why they found him creepy. That's just people speculating.
