THIS is one thing I must admit I've never understood. That a lot of gals who enjoy yaoi really want those pretty boys having sex, but they do not want to see a dong, wang, cock, what have you appear in it. I don't get the appeal of pretty boys having sex but not wanting the very much exclusively 'boy' aspect to it to be shown. At that point, might they as well be smooth, ken doll-ish genderless people grinding back against each other?

I hope I didn't come off as insulting, but could it please be explained what the appeal of pretty boy sex minus dong is?

I can't explain this for everyone, but I don't like seeing penis in real porn or anything, they scare me and they look funny to me. I don't mind seeing drawn penis, in fact I own some stuff with drawn penis. But even when I watch porn, I try to avoid most things with penis in it.

And I don't even watch or read yaoi to get off, sometimes I like to look at pretty guys and one way to get more pretty boys? Make them have relationships and sex.

Like I said, yaoi should be considered shojo, and even in shojo, when they have sex, it's not very detailed, but that's not why I read it. I can't even explain why I like yaoi, all I know is that there's pretty boys in it, possibly doing each other, and I want to see.
