(Anonymous) 2016-04-26 12:44 am (UTC)(link)I liked both pairings pretty equally, and I still agree with the anon you're replying to? Of course, I never finished season 2 because I wasn't that invested & didn't like the new dude, but it is incredibly silly to start up ship wars in a show based completely and entirely in fujoshi pandering. Both sides kinda do just look like they totally lack self-awareness.
(I mean, I was never in the fandom much, but I loathed Rei/Nagisa & the whiny kid Rei was roommates with, and got so tired of the fighting over who Haru should bone I ended up spitefully shipping Rin/Rei, so ... I'm probably the odd one out here in any case)
