Today was the last day of finals! I've gotten all my class grades back except one, but since I made a 91 on the final I'm not too worried about that.

Where do you live, and/or when does your spring (assuming it's spring for you) semester begin? That seems very early.

Although in fairness, we were usually done our regular class schedule the first week of May, and finals were in the second, so maybe not that much earlier than I was.

I go to a private liberal arts college in Georgia. Spring semester began January 4th.

I have my first final next week. I've finished my outline for one class, but I'm super behind my classmates on the others, and I have done zero practice questions. I think I'm pretty well fucked.

I'm getting really mixed feedback on my paintings and its really getting frustrating, but whatever, I'm graduating in a semester and this is my last painting class

Also I need to write an essay tonight and finish a painting before monday, because I am horrendous procrastinator. yay for bad life choices

high five on these art student problems, I also got some mixed feedback on one of my paintings, took my professor's advice, and that painting ended up getting the lowest grade for this semester. :\

I haaaate that. I will tell my professor an idea of mine, he will be really enthusiastic, and then when I execute it he will be like "I don't really like the idea". Like?? What changed buddy?

(I'm a little peeved cause he did that with what is my favorite painting I have done this semester today :/ idk it just sucks to be happy with something then have other people be meh on it.)

ahahahah first exam is next Tuesday and I am a WRECK. I just do not feel confident about this semester. I'm hoping that once I actually start doing some practice exams I'll feel better about it, because right now I'm finalizing my outlines and I have no idea how it all fits together.

I'm doing two separate final projects on Peter Schaffer's Amadeus, one on the screenplay, one on the stage play, and I'm sick and occasionally coughing up bloody phlegm. I have other stuff due but this feels like a nasty coincidence. Anxiety brain didn't need this fuel. Back to typing until my fingers fall off.

Good news: I have four rewrites and one more original piece to write, and then I'm done for the semester!

Bad news: My headphones are busted, and I don't have any money to replace them.
