Re: How many hours do you usually sleep?

At least seven or eight, but it feels like a lot less because I rarely sleep soundly. I wake up at least six times every night. Sometimes I have bad dreams that startle me awake, but most of the time, I have no idea why I woke up. I'd love to be able to sleep for eight hours without randomly waking up.
