oh yeah, when I watched that for the first time i was trying to figure out if no one caring about him pulling a gun out at school was a hollywood is unrealistic thing or a pre-columbine people actually wouldn't care thing

A bit of both I imagine - Heather's is definitely a satire so the story isn't really realistic and they definitely play up the whole apathetic teenager schtick, but I just feel like nowadays no one would believe that scene even a little bit

The "trying to blow up the school while wearing a black trench coat" thing is bad enough
