I'm better about managing anxiety than I was when I was a kid, but it's always going to be somewhat harder to tamp that down when I'm exhausted. I feel like that's kind of a given though, and that it's generally a bad idea in the first place to be active and about when you're body and brain need rest (sometimes can't be helped with work/travel/etc.).
