(Anonymous) 2016-04-29 09:02 am (UTC)(link)I think though that we should look at it this way: nature has given us 100 varieties of 100% fruit soda. why would you spend your money on an inferior synthesized product like coke? Of course It's easier to produce and costs less money to make so it's a great win for the companies selling it. It's also engineered so you can drink more of it at once than you would juice while still having the same amount of sugar, so even though they can easily afford to make it cheaper than juice if you look at the price/litre, you will pay more in the end. A bottle of coke for me lasts one day, the same amount of juice lasts at least 3, and costs only double.
