Well, losing weight is 80% diet and 20% exercise. I am aware you didn't say you want to lose weight, the previous sentence was just a statement.

Anyways in general, exercise is good and healthy and walking two miles or more, daily is impressive.

i... impressive? but... but... surely that is quite normal? for a human, at least? yeah, sadly we don't usually have the time to do that, because we need to get to work and back asap but humans are built for walking around four miles a day and more. Before I got my bike I would walk 2 miles, too, but I never felt that was more than a nice little stroll to kindergarten and back. What annoyed me was the time it took. Now with the bike I feel my muscles waking up again. less time, same distance, more exercise, especially since a lot of it is uphill and my bike weighs a ton.
