I get this a lot too. I have a currently popular one-off that like half of my section of the fandom is begging for a part 2 and I'm like "fam, I love you and I'm flattered and I love that you love this but I have no idea what happens next. I had a weird scene in mind and that's all you get."

Most of the time I can brush off "is there more?" comments, because most of the time people get that it's a one-off (particularly if it's a prompt, but sometimes I get prompted for a second part, which is a different story) but it's harder when 90% of the feedback is "I love it and I need to see more". :/
