Then the Australian Aboriginals, followed the the rest of the Pacific races, then the various African pygmy races, and then indigenous American races both North and South, then Chinese, then regular blacks, then INdian sub-continentals, then Arab and North Africans, then central Asians, and finally the complete dregs of humanity, the Irish.
