The difference to me (visually) is that the guys expressions are very easy to interpret as anger/high energy etc, while two of the girls (pink sleeve bottom right moreso) have open mouths and flushed cheek expressions that are very very very common in hentai, so that expression goes to porn for me rather than anger/high energy.

I think if there were furrowed brows/no flushing maybe it wouldn't read that way (to me)?
