I LOVE PINEAPPLE ON PIZZA!!

Tonight's dinner was fried breaded chicken with tater tots.

I make pizza so often that I eventually came around on it. I used to think it was an abomination, but now I love it too.

There's only so much you can do if you want a strictly vegetable pizza, you know?

True true! There's this pizza chain that opened up near me that is called Blaze Pizza and it's basically you pick out the different toppings so my pizza is usually pineapple, bacon, chicken, and spinach. Odd but I love it.

I like the pineapple because it's a bit of sweetness without being too much.

I almost want to try some other fruit on pizza for this reason. Like... mango maybe.

I'm not quite adventurous enough yet though.

Mango would probably work well.

I had a chicken francese pizza with lemons on it. I squeezed the lemon slice out and it was quite good.

Ahh yes I have put lime juice on a "pad thai" pizza I once concocted. That's not so much fruit as it is the usual flavours of the dish though.

I'll have to pay attention the next time I go to the pizza place to see what else they offer, I think they might have mango as an option?

Homemade pizza is amazing.
