I like hands that are smaller (NOT tiny or stubby, especially no short fingers or stubby fingernails) and look sort of... graceful and well-cared for.

"Big hands" makes me think of huge beefy paws or big rough hands, which I do not find to be a turn on.

I'm sort of like this. I like hands that are slender, and about the same size as mine (I'm female, so they'd be a little smaller than average for a guy, though my hands are kinda big for a girl). Good nails are a plus, looking grody is not a plus.

Hand size isn't exactly a dealbreaker though, there are other aspects of the body that attract or repel me more.
