I dunno what this is so I googled 1P man and just got a movie, so then I googled 'bald anime hero man' and got the right result lol

One Punch Man, manga/anime series about a superhero who can one-shot any enemy, but he's a lazy dork. It's really funny and the fight scenes are terrific (despite being...short sometimes), great animation, lots of shonen/action tropes. Is on Hulu.
