Ice Mice - but only if they're like minty fresh, mouse-shaped "circus peanuts" which is how I always imagined them.

The actual ice mice candies they came out with back in HP's heyday were more of a clear hard candy shaped like an icecube that really cooled down your mouth. You could keep one in your mouth and let it melt and it would feel like you had ice breath. If I remember correctly, the little mouse inside of it was crunchy.
