DA Yeah... I am blessed with an actual honest-to-god-I-have-a-doctor's-note hypothyroid, family history of obesity, and limited mobility from a childhood leg injury. But people are just "muh cunditions", etc..

Another hypothyroid person here. The medication helps but it doesn't work miracles. I'm still chubby and low energy, and while I'm gradually losing weight via diet and exercise, it's incredibly difficult and people can take their pithy sayings about caloric intake and shove it.
