F4 might get a sequel...but history repeats itself, and The Human Torch goes to Marvel;

But we can't possibly let him have all the fun, can we?

Marvel is saving another Johnny Storm from obscurity. Though, he is likely to be a villain so...probably he will be dead.

Apparently Lupita is playing the love interest but I really want her to play the Black Panther's sister

I don't mind it so much because black woman + love interest = I'll take it. I'm not familiar with BP comics so I'm not sure who she would be (because she can't be Storm, can she?)

could be Monica Lynne - his first long time lady love [and for bonus points, she saves *his* life at one point]

Shuri is BP's sis and Lupita looks so much like her it's uncanny lol the only reason I have for wanting her to play Shuri

the love interest role is most likely going to be Monica Lynne (the main love interest for the majority of BP's run)
Storm's romance with BP is actually very brief, plus MCU doesn't own the rights to her character, so Monica's involvement makes more sense

few long term BP fans would WANT her to be storm. That was not a popular paring and was done (by admission of hudlin) because: "They are the two most popular black characters, they should be together"

I hope Black Panther shows Wakanda as it is in the comics. Basically a validation of every white power group's fears of what happens when black people have power, showing the dickishness of a country that refuses to share the cure for cancer with the "primitive" western countries and violated American sovereignty at will because it is a lesser nation.

I don't want them to put that in movie because I in any way endorse the white power groups, who are down their in the slime with MRAs and Red Pillers as far as I am concerned, but I do want people to realize that Black Panther is not a shining beacon of progressiveness, but a total 100% dick and Wakanda is chock full of problematic issues. Marvel has better Black Heroes for representation that it ought to be using instead of Black Panther.

See though, that was Hudlin's Wakanda. There's a reason he's not writing the book anymore.

Comic's Wakanda has problems (and should) but not problems that should make them universally hated.
