I moved to the city because I couldn't handle having to say hello to everyone I walked past and, if god forbid I was distracted or didn't notice them, being chased up days later on why I didn't say hello.

If I don't know them personally it's generally at least someone who knows someone or face recognition as "oh Y family member!"
