I've always wondered--do people with vaginas physically orgasm when they dream they do? Obviously penis-owners do at least sometimes.

Girl here - I've once or twice been awoken from an erotic dream by the very real orgasm, with no physical stimulation having happened at all - it is weird and wonderful.

It's happened to me maybe half a dozen times? I don't think it's terribly common, though.

It has happened to me. It's more normal with the "waking up at the verge of one" though and it is extremely annoying.

It happens to me a lot. I've had a lot of erotic dreams where I've woken up mid-orgasm from no physical stimulation.
