Not really? Like, it is obviously not a good thing to do, but ending a persons life is never? So if the stabbing happens in circumstances I would be willing to condone for a not-pregnant person (like for example self-defense which I consider this case to be, or war situations), I don't really see how stabbing a pregnant person is much worse, especially in such early stages of pregnancy.

For the second part, I think the answer is kind off? Like I might like Caesar as a character or a historical figure, I can root for him under some circumstances and I do understand that his morals are a product of his time and enviroment. But the thing is, Spartacus is a story about slavery. That is what it is about, and since that is the main theme of the story I can't just ignore his positions. I cannot side with someone supporting slavery against people being enslaved in a story where that is the main topic.
