Big Boss/Solid Snake. Mainly due to the fact that all the Slash would turn Het, and we can't have THAT now can we *eyeroll*

Bayonetta. A guy that sexually assertive and flirty would probably be seen as a creeper at best, a rapist at worst.

Except for The Boss/Big Boss, which would be unimaginably awesome femslash.

And I kind of doubt that - Bayonetta was created to more or less be a female Dante already. And Dante's one of the most famous/popular video game characters of the last decade. See, the key to making a sexually assertive guy not a "creeper" is to make him attractive.
