I don't really know that this follows.

First of all, it sort of assumes everyone is a jerk and no one is legitimately attracted to people with disabilities... which I can tell you for sure isn't the case for either point.

Second of all, it sort of assumes that having a disability puts a person at a higher risk of dating someone who is disingenuous just because they're so hard up for a date or whatever. Again, I can confirm that this is absolutely not the case: most of the people I know with disabilities are even more vigilant about someone stringing them along for brownie points or wanting to bow out because of their limitations than people who don't have disabilities.
