Maybe just put in a tag of darkfic? Or yeah just straight "This ain't happy fun times" ? But the non-con should cover it. I had one one fic I clicked on that was tagged 'medical play' and I didn't realize that usually implied non-con/dub-con. I just shrugged and closed the fic, but the extra non-con tagging would have been appreciated.
