It's hard for me to meet people because I'm pretty busy and when I'm not the introvert thing kicks in and I'd really rather be alone.

And the introvert thing is part of it too, like it's not just the drinking, like I legitimately need time to recharge and people don't always seem to get that no matter how many times I explain it.
