I started making a list of stuff I found on Exhentai. In most cases, both participants are transformed. Only one transformed participant often means a tropey domination scenario.

Sleepover Surprise by Crocface is monogamous and cute.

Hentai Futago by Kanoe is incestuous and starts out with dubious consent, but it actually tries to analyze the various issues the MCs have and create a framework where they can end up in a positive, mutual relationship. YMMV on whether it works.

It's not monogamous, but Transformation through a Social Network Game by Marneko has all the participants caught up in the transformation, so it avoids any of the rapey stuff.

Alpha has a lengthy series about a guy falling in love with his identical twin cousins while another pair of twins try to have him all to themselves. It crosses through multiple tropes and contains depictions of sexual assault involving the other twins, but the final entry, I Got Turned Into a Woman!? And My Cousins Turned Into Guys!?, ends up being pretty cute.

Copipe! by Kawaraya A-ta is very tropey and very, very fetishistic (for instance, it's one of those manga where all the women lactate for no readily apparent reason), but the central TG-ed couple genuinely love each other and have sweet moments together.

Amazume Ryuuta does either cute and consensual or incredibly depressing, with zero middle ground in between. Me, Kawase, and That Thing One Summer is a good starting point.

This isn't on Exhentai for some reason, but 10 Things to Do While I'm Still a Boy by Orimoto Mimana is pretty funny.

Going outside of comics, a LOT of stuff in the Transsexuals/Crossdressers section on Literotica is romantic in nature.
