It depends how you tag, though. I think it's fine to write a Wincest (say) fic where it's dark and edgy and fucked up. It's fine to write about non-con kink going wrong, or a non-con fic that explores rape in a realistic and non-kinky fashion. Etc.

But tag it as darkfic or similar. Don't bait and switch a kink fic for a kink-shaming lecture, that's just a dick move.
