Well, no. The anon that F.O. judgey anon was responding to never made a single generalization about age gaps or how healthy or unhealthy they were. They were responding to a comment that questioned how Orlando Bloom specifically could be characterized as an "old creep" by pointing out that he's nearly 40 and dating a women sixteen years his junior.

Then F.O. judgey anon got a bee in their bonnet because *gasp* someone had dared to suggest that there was something untoward in Orlando Bloom dating Selena Gomez and F.O. judgey anon decided to take it as a personal attack against their own relationship... which is amusingly egotistical, come to think of it. It's as though someone commented that they didn't think Red Delicious apples tasted very nice and anon comes barging in with HOW DARE YOU INSULT MY NANA'S APPLE PIE IT IS THE BEST SO F.O. JUDGY!!!!!!

A little reading comprehension would go a long way in this thread.
