I only learned about Dystonia more recently when I was reading through some articles on themighty.com. There's definitely not much public awareness about it (at least where I'm from). I didn't know it was linked to (I'm assuming) Ashkenazi heritage. Is this Oppenheim's Dystonia?
Dry mouth is such an irritating sensation!

I have a little metal water bottle that clips on to my wheelchair. I think I'll get one that straps onto my frame soon but for now it just hangs. It's similar to this

and it's pretty light.

Maybe you could try that on a belt bag?

Modcloth has some really cute ones I've been eyeing off. I always lose my phone down the side of my chair or I drop it when I'm trying to transfer.

I am too vain for belt bags, I think they make me look super awkward. Sometimes I wear a pouch to the Ren Faire, but that's it. And having a water bottle clonking against my hip sounds really uncomfortable and sucky.

No, metal is definitely too heavy for my purposes. I just got one of these, because it looked so thin/light and even that's rather heavier than I'd like. It's only 1oz more than the horrible-flat-o-water-bottles but noticeably heavier.

I am inflicted with the opposite problem. If something is functional to me, I have no shame. I give other people secondhand embarrassment.

That one does look like it would be light. Stupid water being so heavy.
