5 is Blue Moon, a standard done by just about everybody back in the day, but Sinatra's is probably most famous.

7 is You're Not the Boss of Me by They Might Be Giants (AKA, the Malcolm in the Middle theme song).

4 is bugging me because I should know it. I can hear it in my head but I can't place where it's from. If I had to guess I'd say it's an Inuyasha theme.

5. is Blue Moon, and I actually know the song, not just because the title is in the lyrics :P not sure who the original artist is, honestly, but I'd bet your is a cover because hasn't that been covered a lot? (I have one on my playlist that I think is also a cover)

It is, in fact, a cover by Sha-Na-Na!
