For the sake of my sanity, I'm going to choose to believe you're joking and these things don't actually exist. A strawberry smoothie garnished with one whole strawberry, or an oreo milkshake garnished with a whole oreo, or whatever, are one thing. What you're describing sounds ... not easily edible, which is a big selling point of both shakes and smoothies. If it requires more than a straw or maybe s spoon, call it something else.
