It was a word created by the African-American community that white people just kept repeating until the word had no meaning. Like all the idiots who use Hotline Bling to mean booty call when it just means your damn phone is ringing! Nowadays it just means some low-key bitch who doesn't even try, but it's even appeared on Star Wars shirts with Stormtroppers...so the word has been so destroyed no one knows what it's about anymore.
