I don't get that vibe at all. It felt more like Kendra was reminding Holly that they were BOTH in the same boat, because she felt like Holly was trying to capitalize off of and at the same time distance herself from a miserable experience they both shared.

I don't agree. It's merely pointing out that Holly was an adult woman with choices, like the other girlfriends. Being Hef's #1 girl was a position she wanted, at the time. Those duties were part of the criteria for that position. They weren't forced upon her, so acting like the whole dick-washing thing was an act of coercion instead of a role she actively pursued struck Kendra as being a little hypocritical of Holly.

Shhhh. Kendra has her issues, but they've got nothing to do with her being a former girlfriend, Holly has worked hard to make something of herself for her and her family after Hef, and Bridget was always a lovely human being.

Yeah, I used to watch that show and liked them all. Holly was really trying with Hef and Bridget had a whole outside life, she was going for her Master's. Kendra I think was supposed to have had a rocky upbringing and supposedly Hef "saved" her or some such. Even Hef, fucked up and exploitative as he is, makes me shake my head because I get the feeling he's actually very introspective and *nothing* like this weird sexGrandpa who needs MAJOR pharmaceutical intervention + "physical therapy" to get the job done. But he'd rather be puttering around with his scrapbooks. I had an odd affection for that show and those girls. I really hope Holly gets what she wants and Kendra finds peace.

my problem with this is that holly tries to act like all of this is something that happened to her as if she wasn't part of the inner circle (i can understand not knowing what you're getting into/getting in over your head and regretting things, but she wasn't only part of the inner circle, she was the main girlfriend, you don't get to that spot by accident) and acts like she hasn't done the same thing as kendra (not referring to the relationship with hef, more about how she/her fans imply that kendra sold out to e! to try and remain relevant when holly did the exact same thing, both with holly's world and agreeing to them them filming her child's birth).
