Re: potential local urban legends
There are competing theories as to how the feet tend to get there. Some academics think they wash up from plane crashes as far as South America or Japan due to the odd way a lot of major currents converge in the local waters.
I've heard the "it's a serial killer" theory a couple of times.
But the predominant local ones are "it's a coven" and "it's a sea monster" ....no really, there are people who claim we have a local Nessie-type in the waters.
