Seriously, this. I have a friend who headcanons her as ace too, has for years, and as far as I've always been concerned, she and OP are objectively wrong. Ace Katniss is not something you can headcanon, because it contradicts what is canon.

I haven't seen the movies or read the books and I've read where a bunch of people headcanon her as asexual but that quote above? There's no way that comes from an asexual character.
