I did get Anton to France, but it was buggy as hell. I got him married and adopted a pet unicorn. I am partway through the quest-chain to send him to Utopia, with it's perpetual silly walking.

I had was very confused for a moment before I realized this was about your Sims game you are trying to get a trophy for. :P
