I'm currently writing a Sci-fi work that prominently features a wealthy Latino family that made its fortune in technology, along with some other non-stereotypical depictions of wealthy people, including lots of women (although classism and wealth disparity is brought up with other characters who are middle class or come from less privileged backgrounds)

So yeah, didn't actually know this was a huge issue, but I'm working on it OP.
