Scott Lynch's Gentleman Bastard books: think Ocean's Eleven-type heist/caper story in a fantasy setting.

Jim Butcher's Codex Alera: very different from Dresden Files, system of magic reminiscent of A:TLA, interesting world-building; and he's got a new steampunk series out, first book is Aeronaut's Windlass

Patrick Rothfuss's Kingkiller Chronicles: you will love it or hate it, there is no in between; in-depth world-building, first-person narrative, interesting supporting cast

Tad Williams: Memory, Sorrow, and Thorn series if you haven't already read it, standard fantasy series but well-written; Otherland is sort of a hybrid sci-fi/fantasy series so skip if you're not into sci-fi; the Shadowmarch books have a good cast of characters

A. Lee Martinez: writes standalone books, light fantasy, some more contemporary than others

Brent Weeks: Lightbringer series, innovative system of magic use, nice twisty plots, good characterizations

I've heard good things about Kevin Hearne's Iron Druid books, although I haven't read them, and I've also heard that NK Jemison is really good.
