Supernatural. Stop after season 3 or season 5, depending on whether you are interested in angels or not.

Teen Wolf. After season 2 it starts taking itself too seriously and instead of being bad but funny it's just bad.

Seconding Dexter upthread.

Babylon 5 before the last season. It didn't really offer anything worthwhile.

Gargoyles. Just ignore the Goliath Chronicles.

But if you stop watching Supernatural before Season 8 you'll miss out on the awesomeness that is Benny. (And also soulless!Sam which is hilarious and basically a season of Dick jokes which prove that my inner child is a twelve year old boy. But mostly Benny.)
