House: stop after season 3.

Prison Break: stop after season 1.

Heroes: also season 1.

Lost: also season 1. (If you're thinking they'll have a cool explanation for all that shit, you're wrong. They don't. Whatever you personally imagine will be better and more interesting.)

I'd say stop after season 4 of House. I enjoyed the competition for the new team. I just thought House chose the wrong three. I would have gone with Amber, Cole, and Henry.

I liked Heroes Season 2, but nothing after that is worth even mentioning.

Lost, eh I didn't care for Season 2 and 4, but I liked Season 3 and 5. 6 kind of just didn't happen for me.

I am rewatching all of PB after stopping at season 2 during it's original run.

I didn't mind some of season 2 of Heroes but if I re-watched it these days I'd just stick with season 1.

Definitely stop after season 1 of Lost though... jesus.
