I'm plodding along through book five. I really liked book 1, but then everything just got weirder and weirder, and if I see one more pop culture quote I'm going to scream. I'm liking book five for the same reason I liked the real book five: Because I like reading about conflict and characters who have to deal with rumors and lies being spread about them. It's a very specific plotline that I have always enjoyed. But it's all still so damn neat and happy.
