I think that was in season 5, if I recall correctly. The whole theme of the episode is a big ol' classic abortion/anti-abortion debate.

And yeah, it's just... oh boy, is it ever terrible. Imagine a baby hand that looks suspiciously like a plastic doll and you've about got the image.

Ahhhhhh, that kind of debate. Fun, fun. Did it cause a lot of debate in the fandom, or was everyone pretty much on the same page?

LOL, yeah, that's about the image I had in my head :p. That's funny. If I ever come across that episode I'll give it a look, 'cause I'm so curious now :D.

I can't recall if there was much fandom debate because I wasn't that active in House fandom. I certainly wasn't reading fic for it.

I have to assume it did, but then... I recall that at the time there was a huge round of anti-abortion yapping happening irl and the show was piggybacking on the issue.
